Questions we get asked
Do I need a cookie banner?
The default script sets a first-party cookie to recognise returning visitors — that gives the most accurate attribution. You’ll probably need a consent banner for it, same as most analytics tools. A cookieless script is also available: no cookie set, but it is less accurate, especially for revenue attribution over several weeks.
Will the script slow my site down?
A tiny deferred script, sendBeacon delivery with no preflight, cached. Zero perceptible impact.
Does it work with my framework?
HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, any CMS… one tag in the <head>. SPAs are tracked automatically.
What happens after 14 days?
You pick a plan. Without a subscription the dashboard is paused — but tracking never stops and nothing is deleted: subscribe and your full history is there.
What counts as an event?
A pageview, or a custom event you send. Attribution signals (identify, Stripe revenue) are never counted — they enrich your stats without consuming your tier.
What if I go over my tier?
We keep recording 100% of your traffic — you lose no events. Only dashboard access is paused until you move up a tier, and your full history is there, with no gap.
Which tier should I pick?
Start at 10k: your real usage shows up in Billing from day one, and you move up a notch in one click when you get close. The change is immediate and prorated.
